Presidential Election

The Springfield Library has put together information on the upcoming Presidential Election. Check out their page at http://www.springfieldlibrary.org/election2004.html. It's a comprehensive site with information on the Republican and Democratic conventions, the history of Presidential Elections, a humor section, information for Massachusetts voters, and much more.

Clarification of hours

The library's schedule changes starting September 6, 2004. For the week of August 30 - September 4, the library will still follow our summer schedule:

Tuesday and Wednesday -- 9:30 to 8:00
Thursday and Friday -- 9:30 to 5:00

Closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

We hope everyone has a good Labor Day Weekend! Remember, the Silent Auction is coming in October.
