Bring your library card on April 2!!!

On April 2, 2005 anyone wishing to borrow items from the Greenfield Public Library must have their library card with them to do so as the C/W MARS network will be shut down for maintenance that day.

While the network is down, you will still be able to check out items from the library, but you must have your library card to do so. Without your card, you will not be able borrow items or pick up things waiting for you. In addition, the catalogs will not be available, we will not be able to sign people up for new cards or place holds on items, and you will not be able to pay late fees.

The Virtual Catalog will be operational for searching, but you will not be able to place requests on items.

The library’s Internet computers will be available while the network is down!
